A.R.Taylor Ltd is a family run Architectural Technologist company. We advise and produce plans which can be used to obtain Town Planning Permission, when necessary, Building Regulation submissions and advice regarding Seven Trent Water Ltd applications.

Over the years we have been involved in a wide range of projects, a few of which are shown in our previous works page.

Our normal course of action will be to arrange a site visit in order that we may assess the proposed works and then provide a written quotation for the client’s consideration. This initial advice and quotation are free of charge, (within 20 miles).

If the quotation is accepted we would then arrange to do the necessary survey work to enable existing plans to be prepared in order for us to create an initial sketch plan for consideration. The project from this point would then progress though the stages which will be indicated in the quotation as each project is building specific.

There will be occasions where other consultants will be required to be employed. Each project is different and we will always endeavour to guide clients to the necessary services required.

Andrew Taylor – Managing Director :     

Andrew has worked in the Architectural industry since 1973. 2010 saw the formation of A.R.Taylor  Ltd and we have been providing a design service to Developers, Contractors, Companies and private individuals.

 

Richard Taylor – Architectural Technologist Bsc (Hon):   

Richard has completed his part time Honours degree in Architectural Design Technology in June 2016 with a first class degree. Richard joined the company in 2013 and has developed skills while at university to use a variety of drawing design packages including 3D design, virtual and 3D model making.
